BetCris Sucks Shaft!

I'm having and absolutely horrible experience with BetCris. I made an initial deposit there 2 weeks ago. Won a little bit the first few days, never got my initial deposit bonus. I used the live help option and she said I didn't claim it in time? WTF are you talking about? I never received an e-mail or anything from these pricks. So I said I was going to withdrawal my initial deposit still leaving my winnings in there. She then says she can give me the deposit bonus as long as I don't withdrawal any money. What a fuckin joke.

Then today, at 3:30pm EST I go to make another withdrawal because I won 4X my initial deposit (and I want to get it to a sportsbook that has a clue), but nothing happens??? WTF again!?!?!? So I go to live help again and she says they only accept payouts from 9-3pm EST. This is from their website: Payouts are processed Mon-Fri, 9-5pm EST.

I said why does the website say 5pm??? She says, Oh thanks for letting us know about the mistake, I'll let management know. You can cashout on Monday.

What a fuggin joke of a site. I'll never do business there again, and I hope none of you get trapped over either.

I had a similar experience this week with them. THey shortchanged me on my bonus and I have it in writing on emails what they would give me as plain as day and showed them. They agree to my number. AND THEY STILL SHORTCHANGED ME. It is the prinici ple of the matter. They lied. ANd Wilheim not sure you have these guys but if you REALLY want to see a screw job I can show you. Pretty bad and again not a lot of money but who wants to verify figures CLEARLY and have them say screw you. Not right.

I deposited $200 a couple weeks ago, and asked for the 20% bonus even though the minimum was $300 and they gave it to me right away.

No complaints here.

Any book that does not know how to process fractions of a dollar (i.e. bets returning something other than a whole dollar amount) is not worth playing at IMO. Is simple mathematics really that hard, or is that just their way of making extra coin?

you told us the outcome , but what was the REAL situation ?

I never had to find out. I was never asked to intervene. My guess is that the CSD person was wrong to not accept the payout request when it was initially called in.
